Of high importance is that those of you staying at the hotel arrive at the hotel lobby/reception at 6:45am (06:45) on Monday (3rd July) in order to get the buses we are providing for you to get to the SPSASCC venue at the University of São Paulo. The buses will leave at 7am and so please arrive at 6:45am in order to allow time to board the buses and take your seats.
